Eastvale Elite Registration
Thank you for your interest in the Eastvale Elite Track Club! Registration dates for the 2025 season:
Online registration: November 01 - November 20, 2024
Club Informational Meeting: November 29, 2024 6pm - (Zoom)
Tentatively, the 2025 season will begin Monday , December 02, 2024 at Roosevelt HS in Eastvale, CA.
The club season runs from December 02, 2024 through July 03, 2025. Our practice days are primarily (3days a week) Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 6:00pm to 7:00pm but will have a different combo of 2-3 days a week Monday - Thursday practice days early in the season because of other sport schedules that we must work around at Roosevelt HS, the primary practice days of Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday are set middle of March.
Competition season begins mid March - meets that have travel distances as far as Los Angeles or San Diego, CA. Athletes will compete one day (Sunday) with B meets and 2 days , (Saturday and Sunday) all A meets.
$200 NON-REFUNDABLE fee due before or on the first day of practice Tuesday 01/16/2024. Your non-refundable fee will go towards your athlete's remaining balance. Fees can be paid via (Pay Button below, cash, check, or Zelle: eastvaleelitetc@gmail.com) questions please email eastvaleelitetc@gmail.com.
Once you have filled out your paperwork please email your forms along with a copy of your athlete's birth certificate to eastvaleelitetc@gmail.com. Please advise how you would like to pay your fee and you will receive a link to pay or you can pay below. Once your fee has been paid you will be cleared to attend the parent meeting scheduled for January 13th @6pm via Zoom and given access to the members-only section of the site.
